1. Applications

2. Blower Fan Characteristics 

a.Belt Driven Blower Fan For Paper Mill consist of impeller, main case, air inlet, transmission group and other      components.

b.Impeller: Material is 16Mn, backward curved blades. Impeller is tested by static and dynamic balancing adjustment, so that the operation is stable and reliable.

c.Main case: Volute casing was welded by steel plate. There is soot door in the volute board that easy to clear away dust stratification in blades and within the main case.

d.Air inlet: convergence and streamline integral structure was connected by bolts and front coverplate.

e.Transmission: It consists of main spindle, water-cooled bearing box, coupling and so on.

f.Main spindle adopts rolling bearing that was made by high-quality steel.

g.Bearing box is made by grey cast iron and should be injected machinery oil 30#~46# in it. The bearing box need cooling water. According to  the water consumption are generally by 0.5~10m3/h consideration.
